HSE Manager: Responsible for the development of a project specific HSE manual and the enforcement of such a manual on a highest priority basis. Safety first and effective project executions are mandatory project objectives. The manager shall mobilize and supervise the team necessary to support all HSE policies through the detailed engineering and procurement phases. The manager shall also ensure that the construction management teams are staffed to ensure each major contractor employs all generic and Canadian project HSE standards and policies, with appropriate documentation completed in accordance with contracts terms and conditions.
